Dear All, 
 
On the 19th October 2008 I'll be joining thousands of other Beijingers as they take to the streets and pound away for the grueling 42km Beijing marathon. What will set me apart from the rest on the day will not be my stamina or rigorous training (I have niether) - but rather the fact that I will be enduring pain for the sake of a good cause. 

A few other crazy nutters have decided to join me and together we will running for the orphans and special needs children that Care for Children (a UK Charity) supports.

We're asking for sponsorships per km and challenge you, your mates, your colleagues and your neighbours to rally around us and make it an impressive day for giving.  
 
Attached please find my sponsorship list as I urge you all to pledge towards CFC and the fantastic work they do with Chinese children in Foster care, and International children in the area of Special Needs. Also, pass it on to others who are feeling generous and together let's make a difference!
