Position: Operations Manager
Office Location: Hanoi, Vietnam with travel to national project site
Purpose for the Job:
The Operations Manager oversees efficient operational guidance and coordination, covering general administration, financial and logistic activities, human resources, and procurement. With a focus on organizational goals and policies, this role ensures effective completion of tasks and supports the Care for Children Vietnam and Global teams.
Key Areas of Accountability:
- Administration: Managing procedures, overseeing supplies and equipment, and providing support services.
- Financial Management: Supporting financial systems, budgeting, managing transactions, and preparing reports.
- Human Resources: Implementing HR policies, monitoring data and benefits, and promoting a healthy environment.
- Program Support: Providing logistical assistance, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with project functions.
- Data Management: Collecting project data, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with evaluations.
- Ad Hoc: Performing other duties as delegated by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience working with I/NGOs and government environments.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions with sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Position: Project Facilitator
Location: Thau Thien Hue, Vietnam
I. Purpose for the Job
The Project Facilitator oversees Family Care Model implementation at our site in Hue, fostering community engagement and supporting the overall goal of family placement.
II. Key Objectives
- Build relationships with project partners.
- Facilitate project plans and implementation.
- Enhance partners' capacity in Family Care implementation.
- Identify and mobilize local resources.
III. Impact of Results
Ensures smooth project implementation, promoting child placement into local families.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or relevant field.
- Experience in social work or community development.
- Strong facilitation skills and understanding of child protection services.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
